Event Postponement & Cancelation FAQ (Updated 18 March 2020)
We are committed to the safety and well-being of our community. While we prefer never to see an event get postponed or canceled, out of an abundance of caution and pursuant to the recommendations for mass gatherings issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), we have postponed, canceled, and modified events in certain affected areas.
This page will be updated periodically with postponement and cancelation information related to upcoming events.
Confirmed Canceled/Postponed events
Hexathlons
- Perpetua Hexathlon: Milan (29 February 2020): Cancelled.
All agents who have registered for the Perpetua Hexathlon: Milan, the standard Perpetua Hexathlon Medal will be added to your scanner no later than Friday, March 20th. - Perpetua Hexathlon: Naha (29 February 2020): Cancelled. All agents who have registered for the Perpetua Hexathlon: Milan, the standard Perpetua Hexathlon Medal will be added to your scanner no later than Friday, March 20th
- Lexicon Hexathlon (25 April 2020): All 15 events have been postponed (Announced Mission Days following the Hexathlon event will also be postponed).
Mission Days
- Mission Day Milan (1 March 2020): Postponed until further notice.
- Mission Day Naha (1 March 2020): Postponed until further notice.
- Mission Day Ome (7 March 2020): Postponed until further notice.
- Mission Day Kure (14 March 2020): Postponed until further notice.
Other Events
- Global Challenge (20 March 2020): All global events have been canceled.
- First Saturday (4 April 2020): All global events have been canceled.
- Requiem Anomaly (9 May 2020): This event has been postponed.
- NL1331X (9 May - 3 July 2020): This event has been postponed (Announced Mission Days associated with NL1331X will also be postponed).
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this affect future events?
Given the ever-changing landscape and varying degrees of impact from location to location, there is no one-size-fits-all solution across our live events. We are following the CDC risk level assessment for each country and working closely with local authorities to determine whether or not to move forward with each individual event.
